Construction Project Manager Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced individual to spearhead the planning and execution of significant residential projects. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong understanding of the South African construction landscape and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Encompass:
• Developing and meticulously executing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Leading and coordinating engineering project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and on-time task completion.
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing critical issues effectively.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, developing robust contingency plans.

Requirements
• A Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience in construction project management, with a successful history of managing substantial residential projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Professional registrations (PMP or PrCPM) highly advantageous – (candidacy also considered)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, complemented by strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
