Senior Site Agent Full Time

A top-tier construction group is seeking a Senior Site Agent to oversee multi-disciplinary projects in roads, earthworks, and underground services across the country. What You’ll Do:
• Manage and deliver roads, earthworks, and underground services projects to spec, time, and budget
• Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Interpret and implement contract documents, specs, and project plans
• Handle procurement, negotiation, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety standards
• Motivate teams and drive productivity, quality, and accountability
• Travel nationally for project execution as needed

What You Bring:
• Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5–8 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplinary civil construction projects
• Solid background in roads, civil infrastructure, concrete, and earthworks
• Registration with SACPCMP as a Construction Manager (preferred)
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Fluency in English (additional African language is an advantage)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Experience using CCS (Candy) project management software
