Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Full Time

A well-established construction company is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation, tendering processes, and project cost control. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on project success.

Core Responsibilities:
• Determine scope of work and material requirements from technical drawings
• Work with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive quotations
• Track expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers
• Compile project programmes and cashflow forecasts
• Accurate quantity measurements from site to plan

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree/BTech in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• 8-15 years experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying roles
• Software proficiency: MS Excel, Candy, MS Project
• BOQ development and project scoping
• Professional registration with QS-related bodies
• Contract negotiation experience
