Senior Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Our client, a leading construction company specialising in roads and infrastructure projects, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Johannesburg team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to large-scale civil construction projects across the region.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Proven track record on civil projects including roads and infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and project financial management
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet project deadlines

Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
• Manage contracts and oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects
• Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost efficiency throughout project delivery
• Prepare progress claims, variations, and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company procedures
