Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Agent / Construction Supervisor to manage the construction of a new art/paint shop, including site supervision, coordination, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Coordinate contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to management
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage site documentation, reports, and material orders
Minimum Requirements:
• Option 1: BSc Construction Management (Hons) – minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Option 2: BSc Construction Management – minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
• Option 3: National Diploma (3 Years) in Construction/Building – minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience managing medium-scale construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
