Senior Site Agent Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Agent with proven Data Centre construction experience to lead the successful delivery of large and complex projects. This role requires a strong leader with extensive site management expertise, exceptional commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage large, complex construction projects from commencement through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee contract administration, including variations, claims, contractual communication, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, production scheduling, and programme management.
• Monitor project costs, collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, and implement cost-saving initiatives through value engineering.
• Lead procurement activities and ensure efficient management of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Implement and maintain robust quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive SHE management systems across site operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site personnel while promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements
• BSc Degree in Construction Management.
• Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management will be advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years’ building experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, and construction law.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Computer literacy and experience with construction management software.
