Senior Project Manager Full Time

A dynamic and fast-growing consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle of solar PV installations, acting as the Principal Agent / Owner’s Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of clean energy, managing diverse projects from feasibility to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of multiple solar PV projects across various sectors.
• Serve as Principal Agent / Owner’s Engineer, managing all phases of project delivery.
• Oversee project meetings, track milestones, and review contractor claims.
• Conduct feasibility site visits and monitor construction quality.
• Support early-stage development with site inspections, layout reviews, and CapEx modelling.
• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, project specifications, and contracts.
• Liaise with professional teams including QSs, architects, and engineers.
• Participate in EPC tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate progress reports and document lessons learned.

Minimum Requirements
• BSc Eng, BTech, or PMP Certification
• 5+ years of experience in project or construction management (engineering, renewables, or built environment)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Solar PV engineering or EPC, particularly in the C&I sector
• Electrical background or Wireman’s License
• Familiarity with JBCC Minor Works or Principal Building Agreements
• Knowledge of PV components (electrical & mechanical)
• Design/draughting experience in solar PV systems
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Background in consultancy, Owner’s Engineering, or Construction Monitoring
