Our client, a reputable MEP Consulting Firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer/ Technologist specialising in Building Services, to join their growing team in their Cape Town office.

From commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure projects, they bring a wealth of expertise and a commitment to sustainability, ensuring long-lasting, impactful results.
Minimum Requirements:
• B Eng, BSc Eng or BTech – Electrical Engineering
• 5 years’ post grad experience in the design of electrical building services
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• ECSA registration (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
• Electrical Building Services Design Engineer/Technologist supporting the Lead Engineer and Electrical Design teams for Building Services Projects.
• Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects.
• Report writing, compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.
• Prepare contract documentation.
• Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase.
