Senior Highways Engineer Full Time

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to projects that improve commutes, connect communities, and shape the future of transportation. You’ll play a vital role in the Highways division, providing technical expertise and leadership on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate small to mid-size project teams of discipline-led engineers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables, including BIM spatial reviews.
• Develop technical specifications and construction cost estimates.
• Perform technical quality reviews of design calculations, BIM models, and drawings.
• Solve complex engineering problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Potentially act as Project Manager on small to medium-sized projects and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience post-qualification.
• BSc/BEng from an accredited University.
• Master of Science or Engineering (preferred).
• Professionally registered as an Engineer with ECSA.
• Proficiency in engineering software and BIM tools.
