Quantity Surveyor Full Time

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyors (PRQS) to join our Cape Town based client. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of all aspects of quantity surveying.

Responsibilities:
• Management of all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects.
• Preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Cost control and reporting, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Procurement and management of subcontractors.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.
• Providing accurate and timely cost advice to clients and project teams.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PRQS) with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-registration experience.
• Proven track record in managing a variety of construction projects.
• Proficiency in relevant QS software (e.g., WinQS).
