Are you an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with a proven track record in the public sector, seeking a permanent and impactful role in Cape Town?
We’re partnering with a well-established and reputable consulting firm with over 80 years of experience in comprehensive construction cost management and quantity surveying. This organization provides a full spectrum of financial control services for both building and civil engineering projects, from initial cost advice and feasibility studies to preparing tender documents, bills of quantities, and continuous cost monitoring throughout construction.

Requirements:
• Proficient in WinQS and DimX.
• Registered with SACQSP as Professional Quantity Surveyor (Pr.QS)
• 8-12 years’ experience
• Proven track record in the public sector.
