Full Stack Software Developer Full Time

Our client is seeking a capable Full Stack Software Developer to contribute across the complete software development lifecycle. This is an enterprise-focused role requiring strong C#/.NET, SQL, API integration and cloud experience, with the opportunity to work across backend, frontend, deployment and production support.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Design, query and optimise Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Develop database objects including tables, views, stored procedures and queries.
• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern component-based frameworks.
• Implement authentication, security and robust error handling.
• Develop asynchronous, background and scheduled processes.
• Investigate performance issues and implement appropriate optimisation.
• Work with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Participate in code reviews, Git-based development and CI/CD processes.
• Support deployments across development, QA and production environments.
• Assist with production troubleshooting and ongoing system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Requirements
• Strong C# and .NET/.NET Core development experience.
• Solid ASP.NET Core/MVC and Web API experience.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server and SQL skills.
• Experience with Entity Framework and object-oriented programming.
• Proven API, integration and data transformation experience.
• Practical AWS and/or Azure experience.
• Full Stack capability with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Angular and/or Ionic is advantageous.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable and secure software development.
• Enterprise application experience will be highly advantageous.
• Senior candidates should demonstrate solution design, technical decision-making, mentoring and delivery ownership.

Advantageous
• PostgreSQL or MySQL experience.
• ERP, accounting, payroll, retail, logistics, inventory or other enterprise-system integrations.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations or AI-enabled business applications.
• Automated testing, caching, monitoring and advanced performance optimisation.
