Software and Systems Production Line Engineer Full Time

Our client is seeking a Software and Systems Production Line Engineer to join a collaborative technology team delivering innovative software solutions within the financial services sector. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong analytical skills who enjoys improving processes, supporting software delivery, and working across both systems and development environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain production line documentation.
• Optimise and support data production workflows.
• Monitor production line stability, performance and reliability.
• Support and enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Implement process automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot system, software and data-related issues.
• Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (4-year qualification).
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in software or systems engineering.
• Experience with documentation tools such as GitHub and Adobe Acrobat.
• Programming experience in at least one language such as Python, C#, JavaScript, Lua or similar.
• Exposure to C++ and other compiled languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to lead or coordinate a small team.
