Foreman/Site Agent Full Time

Our client, a reputable medium-sized contractor with over 50 years of excellence in the industry, is looking to appoint a General Foreman / Site Agent to join their team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial building sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are upheld. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery on contracts ranging from R10 million to R200 million.

Key Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a General Foreman or Site Agent in the commercial building sector.
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable).
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
