A medium-sized consulting company with offices across South Africa is looking for a Division Head of their Transportation division.
Minimum requirements:
• BEng /BSc in civil engineering with professional registration with ECSA as Pr Eng.
• Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years hands-on specialist experience in a senior role in a consulting engineering industry.
• Previous experience of working with international donor funding agencies such as EU, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, EBRD and/or experience of working with NGOs.
• Working knowledge of GCC/ FIDIC / NEC / JBCC.
• Competency in using MSWord, MS Excel, Outlook, ProMan (or similar), relevant design software, MS Project.
• Advantageous skills / experience:
o Pr CPM and/or PMP.
o Output and Performance-based Road Contracts (OPRC).
o Experience as Technical Advisor in PPP projects.
