Site Manager Full Time

Our client, a well-established and reputable construction company, is seeking to appoint a skilled Site Manager to oversee civil infrastructure projects in the Cape Town region. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional with a solid track record in delivering civil works to join a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
• Enforce health and safety compliance on site
• Liaise with engineers, clients, and project stakeholders
• Manage site documentation and project administration

Minimum Requirements
• 5–10 years’ experience in site management of civil projects (e.g., earthworks, roads, stormwater, concrete works)
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure
• Solid understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications
