We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to play a vital role in our client’s growing and expanding team.
Some of the key aspects of this role includes managing project costs, stakeholder and client relationship building and managing as well as ensuring contractual compliance. This position is ideal for a professional go-getter looking for a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
• 6-9 years of experience in commercial, retail, and residential projects, including commercial and retail fitouts.
• Proficient in JBCC and FIDIC contracts.
• Expertise in automated QS tools (WinQS, OST, Dimx).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
