Project Manager Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a comprehensive project management offering within the company.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in steering projects to success. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
• Strategic Planning: You’ll craft comprehensive project execution plans, working closely with both clients and our internal teams to ensure a clear path to delivery.
• Compliance & Risk Management: You’ll ensure all project deliverables strictly adhere to design standards, legal regulations, environmental guidelines, and necessary permits. Plus, you’ll proactively identify potential risks and develop smart strategies to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with everyone involved, from government bodies and local communities to our trusted suppliers and contractors.

• Technically Astute: Possesses technical knowledge in the energy sector and leverages internal knowledge networks.
• An Exceptional Communicator & Collaborator: Articulates ideas clearly, works well with all levels, and involves the entire team in achieving objectives.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CEM, or SACPCMP registration/accreditation are highly desirable.
