Mechanical BIM Modeller Full Time

Our client is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join a professional team in Cape Town. This opportunity is suited to a technically capable individual with solid Revit and AutoCAD experience who enjoys working across a diverse range of building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and technical drawings.
• Work on a variety of building projects, including (but not limited to) :
o Retail Developments
o Commercial/ office developments
o High-rise residential buildings
o Hotel developments

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ relevant BIM Modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Formal or specialised BIM training would be advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and a structured approach to technical work.
