A South African construction leader is seeking a high-calibre Civil Estimator to join their specialist Civils division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tender Pricing: Develop rate build-ups and resource plans for competitive bidding.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Consult with technical teams to define project scope and requirements.
• Bid Preparation: Draft tender submissions and technical method statements.
• Project Scheduling: Review and oversee construction timelines and programs.
• Document Management: Supervise the completion of all bid returnables and final packages.
• Procurement: Source specialized quotes and manage supplier pricing.
• Tender Logistics: Coordinate site visits, BOQ acquisition, and submission deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
• B.Sc. Quantity Surveying or similar.
Minimum Experience:
• 5 years of civil industry estimating experience
• Proficient in CCS
