Our client is seeking a Technical Lead for a hybrid role based in Durban.
Key Requirements
• Qualification: National Diploma or BSc in Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent).
• Experience: 6+ years in software development with leadership and architectural impact.
• Deep expertise in React and .NET Core.
• Strong cloud experience (Azure); container orchestration (Kubernetes) advantageous.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/App Insights).
• Experience with messaging/eventing (Kafka/RabbitMQ), API gateways, and distributed systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure Architect) advantageous.
• Proven ability to mentor developers, define architecture, and drive technical decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and strategic thinking.
