Tax Specialist Full Time

We’re seeking a , detail-oriented, and client-focused professionals o join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to gather necessary documentation and coordinate with custodians to ensure the efficient and timely processing of Dividend Withholding Tax (DWT) transactions.

Experience Requirements:
• Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services, ideally in tax operations, custody, or asset servicing.
• Strong understanding of dividend withholding tax processes and documentation.
• Experience dealing with global custodians is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or workflow management tools is a plus.
