A leading company based in Durban is seeking a Software Developer with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role is well-suited to an individual who enjoys a balance between development and automation, rather than full-time coding. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for improving business processes through smart automation solutions.
Requirements:
• 3–4+ years’ experience in Robotic Process Automation (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, or Workfusion) – mandatory
• 3–4+ years’ development experience with C#, HTML, JavaScript; SQL skills preferred
• Must be Durban-based

• Able to work independently or in a team
• Personal time management skills; self-starter
• Preferably own transport
Role:
• Develop and maintain RPA solutions
• Participate in projects both independently and collaboratively
• Flexible hybrid working with occasional travel
