Site Agents Full Time

A leading construction contractor is seeking experienced and driven Site Agents (Civils) to join a high-performance team working on a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across the Western Cape and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement project programmes
• Conduct accurate cost reporting and forecasting
• Manage all site administration and recordkeeping
• Oversee setting out and surveying activities
• Ensure full SHEQ compliance and implementation
• Lead and mentor site teams
• Coordinate construction activities and logistics

Minimum Requirements:
• BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a civils construction environment
• Proven leadership and site management capability
• SACPCMP professional registration (or in progress)
• NEC contract experience (preferred)
• Experience on Transnet projects (advantageous)
• Willingness to travel or relocate for project needs

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent knowledge of civil construction trades and processes
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and timelines
• Skilled in setting out, levelling, and surveying
• Strong background in cost control and site admin systems
• Confident team leadership and basic IR knowledge
• Sound understanding of SHEQ standards and legislation
