Senior Resident Engineer Full Time

A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an exceptional Senior Resident Engineer to oversee major road and infrastructure projects. This is a senior-level position for an experienced professional ready to take on comprehensive project leadership responsibilities.

About the Role:
• Lead large-scale Roads, Stormwater & Structural Infrastructure contracts
• Master GCC 2015 contracts with full audit compliance
• Implement monitoring plans and oversee contractor quality control
• Measurement, certification, and cash flow forecasting
• Regular meetings with Contractors, Employers, and Engineers
• Site audits, inspections, and construction mentoring

Essential Qualifications:
• BSc/BEng/BTech Civil Engineering
• ECSA Registration: Pr. Eng or Pr.Tech
• 15+ years experience in contract administration & construction monitoring
• 10+ years National/Provincial roads contract experience
• 10+ years GCC 2015 contract expertise
• 10+ years COLTO/COTO standards experience
• SACPCMP qualification advantageous
