Senior Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Are you a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for driving the commercial success of renewable energy projects?
We are partnering with a leading firm in the renewable energy EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector that is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contract performance across their dynamic portfolio of solar, wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects.

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing full commercial management from tender stage through to final account.
• Expertly handling payment applications, change orders, financial forecasts, and comprehensive contract administration.
• Developing and implementing robust cost control systems to optimize project profitability.

Requirements:
• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying or commercial management roles, specifically within EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in CCS Candy, MS Excel, and a strong understanding of contract law.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and NEC contract forms and the ability to interpret complex technical documents.
• Direct EPC experience in the renewables sector.
• Strong negotiation and risk management skills.
