Railway Design Engineer Full Time

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Design Engineer to contribute to exciting and impactful railway projects. If you’re passionate about innovative design and making a difference in people’s lives, this is your chance to shine.

About the Role:
As a Railway Engineer, you’ll lead planning studies, preliminary and final designs for passenger rail, freight rail, private sidings, and standard gauge railway projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leverage advanced software, and deliver exceptional technical expertise.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
• BSc/BEng Degree (Civil Engineering).
• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (advantageous).
• PrEng registered or registrable within one year.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in railway engineering projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with South African and international railway standards.
