Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a passion for both tendering and facilities management? We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our client in Century City on a rolling contract basis.
In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise to manage tendering processes, oversee cost management, and ensure the smooth operation of multiple commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Tendering & Pricing: Prepare accurate cost breakdowns and competitive bids for potential clients.
• Cost Management: Maintain up-to-date costings for existing clients, ensuring financial accuracy and control.
• Facilities Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of 3-4 commercial property sites.
• Maintenance Management: Plan and oversee preventative and scheduled maintenance.
• Site Visits & Reporting: Conduct regular site visits, prepare monthly valuations, and monitor facility performance.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Vendor Management: Oversee hard and soft facilities service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in a commercial property environment.
• Registration with the SACQSP
• Proven expertise in costings, tenders, and pricing.
• Experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets in facilities management.
