Professional Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Are you a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with 5+ years of post-registration experience, ready to make your mark in Cape Town?
Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented PrQS to join their. If you’re passionate about delivering accurate cost management and contributing to successful projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Cost estimation and control.
• Contract administration.
• Valuations and payment certifications.
• Risk assessment and management.
• Preparation of tender and contract documents.

Requirements:
• BSc/ B.Tech in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Pr.QS Registration: Essential.
• 5+ years of post-registration experience.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in WinQS and DimX.
