Procurement & Contracts Manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Degree in Engineering, BCom, or Law
  • 10+ years of experience on capital projects at a Project Procurement Manager level.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in contracting.
  • In-depth experience developing complex contracting strategies (EPC, PC, Construct Only, and
  • Sustaining Capex).
  • Excellent knowledge of FIDIC formats, specifically the Silver and Red books.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Claims, Arbitration, and DAB procedure
