Power Platform Developer Full Time

Our client is seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to join their Technology and Innovation team on a 12-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver business-critical applications, workflows, and automation solutions that support operational excellence across multiple departments. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into practical, scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions for internal business processes.
• Build and support Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals, notifications, and operational processes.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and third-party platforms.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise existing applications and automation solutions.
• Maintain documentation for applications, integrations, and workflows.
• Provide end-user support, training, and solution enhancements.
• Implement and uphold Power Platform governance standards and best practices.
• Support application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI experience.
• Strong SharePoint Online experience as a Power Platform data source.
• Proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with API integrations and automation solutions.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance and ALM practices.
• Experience working directly with non-technical business users.
• Demonstrable portfolio of production Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Experience in retail, QSR, or multi-site operational environments will be advantageous.
