Financial Accountant Full Time

We’re seeking a Financial Accountant to join our client to manage the full accounting function and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. This role involves overseeing monthly accounting processes, preparing management accounts, and handling all aspects of VAT, Income Tax, and Payroll compliance. You’ll manage SARS processes, ensure statutory compliance, and provide essential financial reporting support. Your contributions will directly aid business decision-making and process improvement.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a full accounting function (Account Processing, Management Accounts, VAT, Payroll, Income/Provisional Tax, Financial Statements Compilations, SARS, Statutory work).
• Accounting/Finance degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS for SMEs), regulatory requirements, and SARS e-filing.
• Proficient with Caseware Working Papers, Xero Accounting Software, and MS Office Suite. Simplepay is a plus.
• Own reliable vehicle is essential.
