Finance Manager Full Time

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for a key client in the mining sector. This role involves comprehensive financial reporting (IFRS, GAAP), robust cash management, and ensuring statutory compliance (VAT, Income Tax, Royalty). You’ll be instrumental in preparing Board packs, managing audits, and handling payroll administration. This position offers exposure to cross-functional projects and the potential for involvement in Greenfield initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
• BCom Honours Degree; ideally CA(SA) qualified
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager role
• 2-3 years’ experience in a mining environment (highly desirable)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
• Experience with cash management, statutory compliance (VAT, Income Tax, Royalty), and Board pack preparation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
