Construction Planner Full Time

We are partnering with a well-established medium-sized enterprise, founded in 1995, that is seeking a dedicated Construction Planner to join their team. This company has a strong presence across all sectors of the building industry, specializing in residential and commercial developments, as well as civil contracts for HV/EHV substation infrastructure.

The Role
As a Construction Planner, you will be responsible for creating detailed construction plans and managing project timelines. This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of critical civil projects.

Qualifications & Competencies
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3-8 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Projects, with the ability to build and manage cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• An understanding of Procurement processes.
• Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, or GCC contract conditions is advantageous.
• The ability to work on-site occasionally.
