Asset Manager (Commercial Property) Full Time

We are assisting our commercial property client who is seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Asset Manager to take full responsibility for the performance and strategic direction of a dynamic property portfolio.

In this role, you will drive income growth, reduce vacancies, and enhance overall asset value. You will prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models, evaluate leasing and capital expenditure decisions, and identify key opportunities for redevelopment, cost savings, and value creation while leading relationships with property managers, brokers, and tenants.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a property asset management role.
• Relevant qualification in Finance and/or Accounting (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and financial modelling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially intelligent with proven experience evaluating capex, investments, and leasing decisions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and multi-party stakeholder management abilities.
